The National Weather Service has issued a Gale Warning for the Bay Area, and up to two inches of rain is expected between tonight and tomorrow. Now is a great time to check flashlights for batteries, find the candles, and make sure you have a way to light them.

If there is standing water in your neighborhood and you suspect a clogged storm drain, you can report drain issues by calling Veolia Water at 510-412-2001.
