The following incidents represent law enforcement activity reported by the Richmond Police Department during the week of June 15-22. Monday, June 16

Commercial burglary: 600 block of 23rd Street. A caller told police three people smashed their way into his business at 1:46 a.m.

Auto burglary and vandalism: 400 block of Maine Avenue. A miscreant shattered their way into an unsuspecting vehicle, leaving behind a trail of destruction worth over $400 at 2:15 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 2600 block of Moyers Road. A car thief made off with someone’s ride in the early morning hours at 5 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 1400 block of Carlson Boulevard. Another vehicle disappeared into the underground economy at 9:31 a.m.

Petty theft: 2600 block of Gaynor Avenue. A suspect with sticky fingers swiped belongings around noon.

Weapon display: 1200 block of Brickyard Cove Lane. A menacing individual flashed a deadly weapon that was not a gun at noon.

Petty theft: The 94801 zip code. Larceny struck the neighborhood at 3:33 p.m.

Battery: 2400 block of Macdonald Avenue. Fists flew, and tempers flared as someone got roughed up at 4 p.m.

Shoplifting: 1200 block of Macdonald Avenue. A shoplifter wanted something, didn’t want to pay for it, and walked right through the door at 5:05 p.m.

Petty theft: 700 block of South 40th Street. More petty pilfering plagued the streets at 5:59 p.m.

Vandalism: 2500 block of Hinkley Avenue. A delinquent caused a modest amount of property damage at 10:30 p.m.

Shooting at a dwelling: 5300 block of Columbia Avenue. Multiple callers reported shots fired, striking two homes. One of the residences had a water pipe hit, flooding a garage at 10:40 p.m.

Auto burglary: 1300 block of Parkridge Drive. A prowler cracked open someone’s car at 11 p.m.

Tuesday, June 17

Vandalism: 2100 block of Barrett Avenue. A midnight marauder struck as the clock struck twelve.

Felony vandalism: 100 block of 29th Street. A destruction devotee caused severe property damage at 2 a.m.

Grand theft: 800 block of McLaughlin Street. A thief scored big, making off with loot worth over $950 at 3 a.m.

Fraud: 2800 block of Tulare Avenue. A swindler conned cash through clever deception at 8 a.m.

Criminal threats: 600 block of Yuba Street. Someone spewed terrorizing threats at 11:20 a.m.

Embezzlement: 6000 block of Giant Road. Someone stole over $950 through financial treachery at 3:01 p.m.

Drug charges with arrest: The 94806 zip code. Officers collared a suspect juggling fake IDs, narcotics, and dealing dreams at 3:48 p.m.

Vandalism: 100 block of 5th Street. Another bout of destructive mischief caused property damage under $400 at 4:05 p.m.

Vehicle theft: 3100 block of Gold Court. A wheelman made off with someone’s set of wheels at 5 p.m.

Petty theft: 2700 block of Nevin Avenue. More larceny struck during the evening hours at 7:05 p.m.

Auto burglary: 2400 block of Humphrey Avenue. A car burglary broke into someone’s vehicle at 8 p.m.

Vehicle theft and vandalism: 600 block of Ventura Street. A double-trouble delinquent both stole a car AND trashed property at 9 p.m.

Harassment: 600 block of Berk Avenue. A persistent pest plagued someone with annoying phone calls at 10:54 p.m.

Wednesday, June 18

Vandalism: 400 block of 8th Street. The witching hour brought property destruction under $400 at 1 a.m.

Felony vandalism: 200 block of 6th Street. Significant damage was reported at 1 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 4400 block of Wall Avenue. Another car disappeared into the night at 2:37 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 800 block of 7th Street. Morning rush hour brought an unwanted vehicle vanishing at 7:41 a.m.

Weapon display: Richmond Parkway and San Pablo Avenue. A gun-toting troublemaker flashed their firearm menacingly at 9:34 a.m.

Petty theft: 1400 block of Harbour Way South. Sticky fingers struck again at 10:14 a.m.

Weapon display: 3600 block of Sierra Ridge Road. A weapon-wielding individual was taken in for evaluation at 12:30 p.m.

Grand theft: 200 block of Harbour Way South. A significant theft of valuables, valued at over $950, occurred at 2:26 p.m.

Petty theft: The 94806 zip code. More petty pilfering plagued the postal code at 4:25 p.m.

Petty theft: 4500 block of Macdonald Avenue. Larceny continued its afternoon march at 4:50 p.m.

Residential burglary: 2900 block of Barrett Avenue. A sneaky intruder slipped into someone’s home without forcing entry at 5:44 p.m.

Vehicle recovery: The 94804 zip code. Officers reunited a stolen vehicle with its rightful owner at 6:08 p.m.

Warrant arrest: The 94804 zip code. A wanted suspect unsuccessfully resisted arrest at 6:36 p.m.

Sex offender registration: 1700 block of Regatta Boulevard. Multiple offenders failed to register their whereabouts between 6:57 p.m. and 7:49 p.m properly.

Petty theft: 200 block of Harbour Way. Evening theft struck the area at 7:34 p.m.

Weapon charges with arrest: The 94803 zip code. Officers busted a prohibited person packing illegal ammunition and a forbidden firearm at 8:15 p.m.

Weapon display: 700 block of 17th Street. Another gun-brandishing fellow flashed their firearm at 9:27 p.m.

DUI: The 94804 zip code. A suspended driver took the wheel while banned from driving at 10:15 p.m.

Thursday, June 19

Residential burglary: 2700 block of Sheldon Drive. A forceful intruder smashed their way into someone’s home just after midnight.

Trespassing: 3600 block of Ridgewood Way. An unwanted visitor trespassed on private property at 2:47 a.m.

Vandalism: 3500 block of Klose Way. Morning mischief brought property damage at 10:19 a.m.

Attempted extortion: 500 block of Florida Avenue. A would-be blackmailer tried to squeeze money from their victim at 3 p.m.

Fireworks possession: West Macdonald Avenue. A pyrotechnic perpetrator was caught with illegal explosive entertainment at 5:28 p.m.

Vehicle theft with arrest: The 94801 zip code. Officers caught a car thief red-handed and slapped on the cuffs at 6:50 p.m.

Vandalism: 3700 block of Via Verdi. Evening destruction brought property damage under $400 at 8:16 p.m.

Grand theft: 800 block of Chesley Avenue. A building burglar made off with valuable property at 9:08 p.m.

Friday, June 20

Weapon display with arrest: 500 block of Tewksbury Avenue. The clock struck midnight as officers arrested a firearm-flashing fella for aggravated assault.

Weapon charges with arrest: 200 block of 1st Street. Officers corralled a gun-toting fugitive after a chase, nabbing them for hit-and-run, prohibited person possessing ammunition, evading police, resisting arrest, and carrying a loaded firearm at 12:03 a.m.

Arson: 1200 block of Ohio Avenue. A fire starter torched property in the early morning hours at 1:15 a.m.

Criminal threats and assault: 1300 block of Ohio Avenue. Someone issued deadly threats and inflicted serious bodily harm at 1:43 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 1600 block of Atlas Road. Dawn brought another disappearing automobile at 4:40 a.m.

Auto burglary: 200 block of Chanslor Avenue. An early-rising vehicle break-in artist struck at 6:39 a.m.

Weapon display: The 94804 zip code. Someone brandished a gun at 9:30 a.m.

Criminal threats and vandalism: 1100 block of Ells Street. A double-dose of destruction included terrorizing threats and property damage at 10:23 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 4100 block of Klose Way. Another ride vanished into thin air at 11:54 a.m.

Vehicle recovery: 200 block of South 1st Street. A stolen vehicle was recovered and returned at 12:43 p.m.

Vehicle theft: 3400 block of Richmond Parkway. Afternoon auto theft struck the parkway at 1:41 p.m.

Theft from vehicle: 1000 block of Carlson Boulevard. A car prowler pilfered property from someone’s vehicle at 4:33 p.m.

Felony vandalism: 100 block of 13th Street. Destruction exceeding $400 was reported at 4:35 p.m.

Vehicle theft: 800 block of Johnson Drive. The evening brought another vanishing vehicle at 6 p.m.

Reckless driving: Nevin Avenue. A driver willfully or wantonly disregarded the safety of people or property at 8:23 p.m.

Vehicle theft: 3600 block of McBryde Avenue. The night claimed another stolen automobile at 9 p.m.

Saturday, June 21

Cop fighting drunk: 1300 block of Wright Avenue. Officers nabbed a drunk driver who attempted to resist arrest at 2:20 a.m.

Drug paraphernalia: 1500 block of Carlson Boulevard. Morning brought the arrest of someone caught with illegal drug gear at 7:24 a.m.

Vehicle theft: The 94801 zip code. A double-header of disappearing vehicles struck at 8:15 a.m. and 9:38 a.m.

Criminal threats: 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers collared a threat-making troublemaker at 10 a.m.

Auto burglary: 900 block of Marina Way South. A car creeper struck nearby at 11:59 a.m.

Assault: 4700 block of Hartnett Avenue. Violence erupted as someone wielded a deadly weapon against another person at 12:01 p.m.

Vehicle theft: 2100 block of Florida Avenue. Afternoon auto theft claimed another victim at 1:10 p.m.

Armed robbery and assault: 700 block of Juliga Woods Street. An armed bandit committed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon at 3:24 p.m.

Weapon display: 1000 block of 23rd Street. The night ended with someone menacingly brandishing a deadly weapon (not a firearm) at 10:58 p.m.

Street takeovers: McLaughlin Street, 20th Street, Essex Avenue, and 23rd Street. Officers responded to reports of illegal sideshows and fireworks starting at 11:45 p.m.

Sunday, June 22

Strong-arm robbery: 400 block of Duboce Avenue. Someone was robbed at 1:25 a.m.

Assault with deadly weapon: 500 block of Marina Bay Parkway. Police arrested a suspect on multiple charges, including assault with force causing great bodily injury, and breaking into a home at 3:28 a.m.

Vehicle tampering: 1100 block of Roosevelt Avenue. A miscreant tampered with someone's vehicle at 4:30 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 800 block of 9th Street. An early-morning auto thief made off with someone's ride at 5:07 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 600 block of 6th Street. Another wheeler-dealer stole a vehicle at 5:33 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 300 block of Ripley Avenue. Morning brought another disappearing automobile at 9:13 a.m.

Felony vandalism: 400 block of A Street. Someone caused property damage exceeding $400 at 9:49 a.m.

Residential burglary: 3600 block of Garvin Avenue. A residential burglary with forced entry was reported at 11:29 a.m.

Auto burglary and vandalism: 12300 block of San Pablo Avenue. A double-trouble troublemaker broke into a car and caused property damage under $400 at 12:09 p.m.

Vehicle theft and recovery: 400 block of Ripley Avenue. A stolen vehicle vanished at 12:31 p.m. but was recovered in the 600 block of 8th Street.

Theft from vehicle: 500 block of 3rd Street. An evening prowler pilfered property from someone's car at 8:07 p.m.
