Richmond police responded to a week of crimes between February 9 and 15, including an attempted murder with a firearm, multiple sexual assaults, domestic violence incidents, and vehicle thefts across the city, according to department logs. Officers made numerous arrests for weapons violations, drug offenses, and DUI throughout the week.

Monday, February 9
Trespassing: 400 block of Golden Gate Avenue. Someone refused to leave posted land at 1:30 a.m.
Strong-arm robbery: Somewhere in the 94801 zip code. A strong-arm robbery was reported at 5:57 a.m.
Commercial burglary: 1100 block of Harbour Way South. A commercial property was forcibly entered at 7:55 a.m.
Carjacking and robbery: West Macdonald Avenue. A strong-arm robbery and vehicle theft occurred simultaneously at 9:12 a.m.
Kidnapping and domestic violence: 1100 block of Roosevelt Avenue. Kidnapping and infliction of corporal injury on a spouse were reported at 11 a.m.
The Scenic Avenue snatch: Scenic Avenue. Wheels went missing at 2:30 p.m.
Trespassing: 5200 block of Imperial Avenue. Trespassing was reported at 2:45 p.m.
Center Avenue caper: 3900 block of Center Avenue. A vehicle vanished at 2:48 p.m.
Petty theft from vehicle: 2400 block of Lancaster Drive. Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 3 p.m.
The 20th Street steal: 400 block of 20th Street. A ride disappeared at 3 p.m.
Petty theft from vehicle: 600 block of 5th Street. Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 4:46 p.m.
Residential burglary: 2100 block of Lincoln Avenue. A residence was entered without force at 4:50 p.m.
DUI: 4600 block of Valley View Road. A motorist was busted for driving under the influence at 6:13 p.m.
Drug paraphernalia: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. Police arrested someone after allegedly discovering unlawful paraphernalia at 6:45 p.m.
False imprisonment and stalking: 1100 block of Roosevelt Avenue. False imprisonment with violence and stalking were reported at 6:54 p.m.
Illegal dumping: 1400 block of Cherry Street. Waste was allegedly dumped in commercial quantities at 9:30 p.m.
Vandalism and criminal threats: 500 block of South 28th Street. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported, and a crime was allegedly threatened with intent to terrorize at 10:05 p.m.
Battery: 100 block of South 39th Street. A battery on a person was reported at 11 p.m.
Tuesday, February 10
Strong-arm robbery, false imprisonment, battery, and vandalism: 3800 block of Florida Avenue. A complex incident involving a strong-arm robbery, false imprisonment with violence, battery, and damage to a wireless communication device was reported at midnight.
Brandishing and battery: 2000 block of Nevin Avenue. Police arrested someone after a deadly weapon was exhibited and a battery occurred at 9 a.m.
Domestic violence: West Richmond Avenue. Police arrested someone for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse at 12:47 p.m.
Vehicle recovery: 2000 block of Stenmark Drive. A stolen vehicle was recovered at 1:36 p.m.
Sexual assault: 600 block of 22nd Street. A sexual assault was reported at 4:38 p.m.
Battery: 900 block of Carlson Boulevard. A battery on a person was reported at 5:57 p.m.
Restricted license: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. A driver with a license restricted due to a DUI was stopped at 6:01 p.m.
Sexual assault on minor: 600 block of South 52nd Street. Multiple serious sexual offenses involving a minor were reported at 6:23 p.m.
Criminal threats: 500 block of Ohio Avenue. A crime was allegedly threatened with intent to terrorize at 6:40 p.m.
Suspended license for DUI: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. A driver with a license suspended for DUI was stopped at 10:10 p.m.
Wednesday, February 11
Vandalism and criminal threats: 5200 block of Panama Avenue. Property damage less than $400 was reported and a crime was allegedly threatened with intent to terrorize at 1:08 a.m.
Grand theft, burglary tools, resisting arrest, vehicle tampering, and firearm violations: 500 block of South 37th Street. This person was arrested for possessing burglary tools and tampering with a vehicle, allegedly committing grand theft, and was found carrying both a loaded firearm with intent to commit a felony and a concealed weapon, then resisted or obstructed the police officer during the arrest at 4:33 a.m.
Multiple firearm violations: 1600 block of Cutting Boulevard. Police arrested a felon for carrying a loaded handgun while not the registered owner, possessing ammunition as a prohibited person, possessing a firearm as a felon, possessing a firearm with a prior violent offense conviction, carrying a loaded firearm with a prior felony conviction, and carrying a stolen loaded firearm at 5 a.m.
Vandalism: 5600 block of Sutter Avenue. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 7:59 a.m.
Identity theft: 5200 block of Huntington Avenue. Another person's ID was allegedly used to obtain credit at 10:50 a.m.
The 18th Street swipe: 500 block of South 18th Street. A vehicle was lifted at 11:23 a.m.
Domestic violence, drug possession, battery, and child cruelty: 300 block of South 29th Street. Police arrested someone suspected of violating a protective order, possessing controlled substances, committing battery on a spouse, and willful cruelty to a child at 11:54 a.m.
Vandalism: 600 block of Humboldt Street. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 12:10 p.m.
Shoplifting: 4800 block of Central Avenue. A shoplifting incident occurred at 12:11 p.m.
DUI: 200 block of South 20th Street. A driver was suspected of driving under the influence at 12:22 p.m.
Minor with concealed weapon: 3000 block of Hilltop Mall Road. A youngster allegedly illegally possessed a concealed weapon and a firearm in a school zone at 2:41 p.m.
DUI, suspended license, and hit-and-run: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. Police arrested someone for driving under the influence with a license suspended for DUI and fleeing a hit-and-run with property damage at 5 p.m.
Stalking: 800 block of Lassen Street. Police arrested someone for stalking at 5:02 p.m.
Barrett Avenue bandit: 4200 block of Barrett Avenue. A vehicle evaporated at 7:05 p.m.
McBryde Avenue mishap: 2400 block of McBryde Avenue. Another vehicle went missing at 8 p.m.
Protective order violation: 1600 block of Hellings Avenue. Police nabbed someone for violating a court order to prevent domestic violence at 8:21 p.m.
Suspended license for DUI: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. A driver with a suspended license due to a DUI was stopped at 11:26 p.m.
Thursday, February 12
Petty theft: 1000 block of Macdonald Avenue. A theft was reported at 12:01 a.m.
Vandalism: 700 block of Yuba Street. Property damage less than $400 was reported at 12:26 a.m.
Auto burglary, stolen vehicle possession, and vehicle theft: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. Police arrested someone for breaking into a vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, and vehicle theft at 3:29 a.m.
Petty theft, auto burglary, and vehicle theft with priors: 600 block of 8th Street. Petty theft, a vehicle break-in, and vehicle theft by someone with specific priors were reported at 3:40 a.m.
Residential burglary: 4400 block of Ohio Avenue. A residence was entered without force at 5:15 a.m.
Ohio Avenue overnight: 3900 block of Ohio Avenue. A vehicle was snatched at 5:52 a.m.
San Pablo Avenue surprise: 10900 block of San Pablo Avenue. Another vehicle disappeared at 8:09 a.m.
Petty theft: 4800 block of Cypress Avenue. A theft was reported at 9:05 a.m.
Trespassing: 800 block of Chevron Way. Trespassing was reported at 12:26 p.m.
Vehicle recovery: 3100 block of Southampton Court. A stolen vehicle was recovered at 1:28 p.m.
Carlson Boulevard caper: 1300 block of Carlson Boulevard. A vehicle was pinched at 2:04 p.m.
Annoying calls: 3200 block of Pullman Avenue. Annoying or threatening telephone calls were reported at 2:24 p.m.
Strong-arm robbery: 2300 block of Aberdeen Way. A strong-arm robbery was reported at 8:26 p.m.
Attempted murder: 2000 block of Macdonald Avenue. An attempted murder with a firearm was reported after a ShotSpotter activation detected gunfire in the area at 11:12 p.m.
Residential burglary, vandalism, drugs, and protective order violation: 3100 block of Pullman Avenue and 100 block of 5th Street. Police arrested someone for forcibly entering a residence, property damage valued at $400 or more, possessing controlled substances and paraphernalia, and violating a protective order to prevent domestic violence at 11:21 p.m.
Battery and firearm brandishing: 4900 block of Bayview Avenue. A battery and exhibition of a firearm were reported at 11:30 p.m.
Domestic violence: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. Police arrested someone for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse at 11:31 p.m.
Friday, February 13
Assault with force and deadly weapon: 3500 block of Florida Avenue. An assault with force causing possible great bodily injury and assault with a deadly weapon were reported at 3:36 a.m.
Stolen car: 1200 block of Kelsey Street. A vehicle was taken without consent at 4:30 a.m.
Garvin Avenue getaway: 2800 block of Garvin Avenue. Another vehicle vanished at 8 a.m.
Burbeck Avenue bust: 1300 block of Burbeck Avenue. A ride went missing at 9:06 a.m.
Contempt of court: 3100 block of Southampton Court. A court order was allegedly disobeyed at 9:25 a.m.
Residential burglary: 2100 block of Lincoln Avenue. A residence was entered without force at 9:40 a.m.
Auto burglary and vandalism: 500 block of 23rd Street. A vehicle was broken into, and property was defaced at 9:56 a.m.
Auto burglary: 600 block of 11th Street. A vehicle was broken into at 10:32 a.m.
Domestic violence, paraphernalia, and probation violation: 800 block of Brookside Drive. Police arrested someone said to have inflicted corporal injury on a spouse, possessed unlawful paraphernalia, and violated probation at 11:36 a.m.
Domestic violence: 100 block of South 23rd Street. Police arrested someone suspected of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse at 12:34 p.m.
Forgery: 3800 block of Barrett Avenue. Forgery of false checks or records was reported at 1 p.m.
DUI: Somewhere in the 94805 zip code. Police arrested a motorist for driving under the influence at 4:50 p.m.
Vandalism with chemicals: 1500 block of Garvin Avenue. A structure was allegedly defaced with chemicals at 5:09 p.m.
Commercial burglary: 5000 block of Valley View Road. A commercial property was entered without force at 5:22 p.m.
Grand theft shoplifting: 2100 block of Meeker Avenue. A shoplifting incident involving grand theft was reported at 6:46 p.m.
Tear gas possession: 400 block of South 9th Street. Tear gas was allegedly unlawfully possessed at 8:08 p.m.
Petty theft: 4300 block of Potrero Avenue. Theft of motor vehicle parts or accessories was reported at 8:37 p.m.
Alcohol violation: 700 block of 23rd Street. An alcohol-related violation occurred at 8:49 p.m.
The 22nd Street steal: 600 block of South 22nd Street. A vehicle was lifted at 10:30 p.m.
Berk Avenue bandit: 4200 block of Berk Avenue. Another vehicle was taken at 10:34 p.m.
Auto burglary: 3100 block of Grey Hawk Court. A vehicle was broken into at 11:15 p.m.

Saturday, February 14
Vandalism, trespassing, and petty theft: 900 block of West Cutting Boulevard. Property was defaced, someone refused to leave posted land, and a petty theft occurred at midnight.
DUI: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. A driver was arrested for driving under the influence at 12:14 a.m.
Trespassing: 3200 block of Nevin Avenue. Trespassing was reported at 1:53 a.m.
Auto burglary: 400 block of 34th Street. A vehicle was broken into at 1:54 a.m.
DUI and resisting arrest: 2200 block of Key Boulevard. A driver was arrested for driving under the influence and obstructing a peace officer at 2:11 a.m.
Vandalism and criminal threats: 4200 block of Hilltop Drive. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported, and a crime was allegedly threatened with intent to terrorize at 1:52 p.m.
Domestic violence: 100 block of Chanslor Avenue. Corporal injury was allegedly inflicted on a spouse at 3:11 p.m.
Vehicle recovery: 2700 block of Center Avenue. A stolen vehicle was recovered at 6:49 p.m.
DUI: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. Police arrested a driver for driving under the influence at 7:37 p.m.
Sunday, February 15
Vandalism: 600 block of 13th Street. Vandalism under $400 was reported at 12:08 a.m.
Car burglary: In the 94801 zip code. An auto burglary was reported at 1:38 a.m.
DUI: Somewhere in the 94804 zip code. A motorist was said to be under the influence of intoxicating beverages at 3:44 a.m.
Car theft: 200 block of Marina Way. A vehicle theft was reported at 7:04 a.m. The same incident also included felony vandalism over $400.
Battery: 400 block of South 24th Street. A domestic battery was reported at 11 a.m.
Five-finger discount: 1200 block of Macdonald Avenue. Shoplifting was reported at 11:03 a.m.
Gone in 60 Seconds: 1600 block of Garvin Avenue. A vehicle theft was reported at noon.
Battery: 4800 block of Central Avenue. A battery was reported at 3:18 p.m.
Battery: 2400 block of Esmond Avenue. Willful cruelty to a child and domestic battery were reported at 4:28 p.m.
Car theft: 800 block of Sixth Street. A vehicle theft was reported at 4:35 p.m.
Found car: 2000 block of Factory Street. A stolen vehicle was recovered at 8:53 p.m.
