Vehicle theft: 94804 zip code. Someone’s ride was already gone at 8:30 a.m.
Grand theft: 700 block of McLaughlin Street. A thief reportedly made off with a prize worth more than pocket change at 8:58 a.m.
Vandalism: 2400 block of Macdonald Avenue. Felony level damage worth more than $400 turned the morning sour at 9:30 a.m.
Vandalism: 3600 block of Sierra Ridge Avenue. Another round of costly destruction followed at 10:05 a.m.
Vehicle theft: 12200 block of San Pablo Avenue. Someone’s car took a grand unplanned joyride without the owner’s blessing at 10:35 a.m.
Vandalism: 1500 block of Mariposa Street. High-dollar property damage made its mark at 11:03 a.m.
Petty theft: 400 block of 20th Street. A small-time theft with few details surfaced at 11:23 a.m.
Weapons violations: In the 94801 zip code. A felony probationer was caught with a loaded handgun, extra ammunition, and a criminal record that barred them from owning either, and was arrested at 11:50 a.m.
Vandalism: 100 block of Broadway. A suspect in a fresh vandalism case was taken into custody at 11:57 a.m.
Petty theft: 94801 zip code. Another low-level theft hit the books at noon.
That target feeling: 4500 block of Macdonald Avenue. A suspected shoplifter was booked for commercial burglary and grand theft shoplifting at 12:12 p.m.
Commercial burglary: 2100 block of Meeker Avenue. Burglars hit a commercial building at 3:32 p.m.
Vehicle theft: 900 block of Nevin Avenue. Another car disappeared to an unknown location at 3:40 p.m.
Vandalism: 4000 block of Garvin Avenue. Felony vandalism with damage topping $400 was reported at 4:07 p.m.
Officer involved shooting: 400 block of First Street. Officers reportedly faced an armed suspect accused of making criminal threats and exhibiting deadly weapons at 5 p.m.


Vehicle theft: 1300 block of Santa Clara Street. A car was taken from its spot without permission at 6:15 p.m.
Aggravated assault: 1200 block of Maine Avenue. Police arrested a suspect after a domestic dispute turned violent, resulting in corporal injury and assault with force at 6:40 p.m.

Warrant arrest: 2000 block of Macdonald Avenue. A misdemeanor warrant arrest was made at 2:19 a.m.
Criminal threats/contempt of court: 2800 block of Hilltop Mall Road. Someone threatened to commit a crime with the intent to terrorize and also reportedly violated a court order at 3:21 a.m.
Petty theft: 2600 block of Hilltop Drive. A theft was reported at 7 a.m.
Vandalism: 1000 block of Carlson Boulevard. More felony vandalism with damage exceeding $400 was reported at 9:27 a.m.
Residential burglary: 400 block of Key Boulevard. A home break-in was reported at noon.
Mail theft: 400 block of Western Drive. A letter thief was at work at 12:05 p.m.
Weapons violation: 1300 block of Florida Avenue. An individual was found to have metal knuckles at 12:42 p.m.
Fraud: 700 block of Lobos Avenue. Some trickster scammed someone out of more than $400 at 4:10 p.m.
Petty theft: 700 block of 40th Street. More unspecified theft was reported at 4:58 p.m.
Grand theft: In the 94804 zip code. Another theft not specifically classified was reported at 5 p.m.
Violating a court order: 3200 block of Pullman Avenue. Officers arrested someone for violating a court order to prevent domestic violence charges at 6:47 p.m.
Probation violation/license violation: Somewhere in the 94801 zip code. A driver was apprehended for a misdemeanor probation violation and driving with a suspended license for DUI at 7:07 p.m.
Residential burglary/vandalism: 2500 block of Hinkley Avenue. A burglar was arrested on destruction of property charges after allegedly forcing entry to a home at 8:10 p.m.
Multiple weapons/drugs charges: 2200 block of Nevin Avenue. A man was sent to the Gray Bar Hotel on a host of charges after a caller told police a man with a gun was making threats at 9:07 p.m. Charges include possession of a loaded handgun, a machine gun, drug for sale, making criminal threats, and domestic battery.

Drug violation/DUI: In the 94804 zip code. Transporting controlled substances and driving under the influence of drugs were reported at 2:20 a.m.
Grand theft: 900 block of 13th Street. A crook took something expensive at 4:30 a.m.
Vehicle tampering: 3500 block of Morningside Drive. Tampering with a vehicle was reported at 4:35 a.m.
Trespassing: 12500 block of San Pablo Avenue. A trespassing fellow intentionally entered someone’s property without permission and then maliciously damaged or destroyed something on that property at 6:06 a.m.
Vehicle recovery: In the 94801 zip code. A stolen vehicle was recovered at 8:10 a.m.
Vandalism: 5500 block of Alameda Avenue. Felony vandalism with damage exceeding $400 was reported at 10:40 a.m.
Disorderly conduct: 900 block of 24th Street. A person was loitering on private property at 10:46 a.m.
Vehicle theft: 100 block of S 21st Street. A car thief decided a car needed a new owner at 11 a.m.
Battery: 200 block of Macdonald Avenue. Some sort of physical altercation was reported at 11:30 a.m.
Vehicle theft: 5500 block of Carl Avenue. Another car was lost to the criminal underworld at 11:45 a.m.
Drug violations: In the 94801 zip code. Possession of unlawful paraphernalia and controlled substances resulted in an arrest at 12:01 p.m.

Vandalism: 1400 block of Kelsey Street. Stuff was vandalized at 9 a.m.
Petty theft: 3600 block of Macdonald Avenue. More valuable items disappeared at 9:19 a.m.
Sex offender violation: 2300 block of Downer Avenue. A sex offender was busted for failing to register at 9:34 a.m.
Vehicle recovery: In the 94801 zip code. Police found a stolen vehicle at 12:48 p.m.
Grand theft: In the 94805 zip code. More stuff disappeared at 1:03 p.m.
Domestic battery: 1800 block of Roosevelt Avenue. Battery on spouse/dating partner was reported at 3:08 p.m.

Domestic battery: Richmond. Violence between partners erupted and was reported at 2:57 a.m.
Vehicle theft: 600 block of 27th Street. Another car vanished without its owner’s say-so at 5:25 a.m.
Petty theft: 3000 block of Pullman Avenue. A mystery theft, type unspecified, was logged at 8:26 a.m.
