Celebrations took place in several of Richmond's distinct neighborhoods as people gathered to share conversations, food, music, and games for this year's National Night Out. The chilly evening air on this first day of "Fogust" didn't dampen any spirits as people donned coats, scarves, and smiles for this annual event.
