A small fire broke out along the Richmond Greenway on Wednesday morning, sending clouds of smoke across San Pablo Avenue, into the Target Shopping Center on Macdonald Avenue, and around the neighborhood.
Richmond Fire Department was on the scene by 10:15 a.m., working to control the small blaze as concerned onlookers gathered.
This section of the Richmond Greenway has seen frequent fires over the last several years and continues to attract campers and refuse.
