Richmond police responded to five robberies, an armed carjacking, a human trafficking case involving a minor, and a shooting at an occupied structure during the past week, according to the department’s daily incident log. Vehicle thefts, however, showed signs of cooling off, with 13 reported stolen compared with 25 the week before.

Monday, March 9

Driving under the influence: 800 block of Amador Street. Police arrested a driver on DUI charges at 12:36 a.m.

Domestic violence and obstruction: 100 block of Chanslor Avenue. Corporal injury to a cohabitant was reported, and a person obstructed an officer at 2:40 a.m.

Criminal threats: 100 block of Macdonald  Avenue. A crime was allegedly threatened with intent to terrorize at 4 a.m.

Trespassing: 200 block of 25th Street. Police arrested someone for trespassing at 8:47 a.m.

Assault with a deadly weapon: 300 block of Macdonald  Avenue. A person was assaulted with a deadly weapon at 9 a.m.

Vandalism and obstruction: 1100 block of Regatta Boulevard. Police arrested someone after property damage valued at $400 or more was reported, and an officer was obstructed at 10:42 a.m.

Assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats: 400 block of 20th Street. Police arrested someone after a person was assaulted with a deadly weapon and a crime was threatened with intent to terrorize at 11:11 a.m.

Prohibited ammunition possession: 2600 block of Lancaster Drive. A person was found in possession of prohibited ammunition at 12:30 p.m.

Domestic battery: 300 block of Marina Way South. Corporal injury to a cohabitant and a battery were reported at 1 p.m.

Battery: 3400 block of Wall Avenue. A battery was reported at 1 p.m.

Petty theft: 2100 block of Meeker Avenue. Retail merchandise was reported stolen at 2:30 p.m.

Vandalism: 2900 block of Groom Drive. Property damage was reported at 4 p.m.

Warrant arrest: 300 block of S. 22nd Street. Police arrested someone on a felony outstanding warrant at 4:14 p.m.

Vehicle theft: 1200 block of Club Court. A car was taken on a permanent test drive without permission at 6 p.m.

Driving under the influence: Undisclosed location in 94804. Police arrested a driver on DUI charges at 8:30 p.m.

Firearms violations: 1200 block of Macdonald  Avenue. Police arrested someone on charges of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm, and possessing prohibited ammunition at 8:44 p.m.

Domestic violence, child abuse, and false imprisonment: 500 block of S. 20th Street. Police arrested someone after corporal injury to a cohabitant, child cruelty, and false imprisonment were reported at 2:43 a.m.

Vandalism: 2600 block of Cutting Boulevard. Property damage valued at less than $400 was reported at 5:42 a.m.

Criminal threats: Undisclosed location in 94804. A crime was allegedly threatened with intent to terrorize at 6 a.m.

Vandalism: 400 block of S. 29th Street. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 11:05 a.m.

Domestic violence: 400 block of Bissell Avenue. Police arrested someone after corporal injury to a cohabitant was reported at 1:30 p.m.

Vandalism and exhibiting a deadly weapon: 4900 block of Macdonald  Avenue. Property damage and brandishing of a deadly weapon were reported at 2:01 p.m.

Vandalism: 200 block of S. 33rd Street. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 2:52 p.m.

Grand theft: 2800 block of McBryde Avenue. Property was reported stolen at 3 p.m.
