Richmond police responded to a week of crimes between January 26 and February 1, including multiple armed robberies, several firearm discharges, human trafficking, and vehicle thefts across the city, according to department logs. Officers made numerous arrests for domestic violence, drug violations, and DUI while investigating assaults throughout the week.

Monday, January 26

Armed robbery: 12800 block of San Pablo Avenue. A robbery with a dangerous weapon was reported at 1:43 a.m.

DUI, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct: Richmond. Police hauled someone off to jail for driving under the influence. The person also allegedly obstructed a peace officer and was publicly intoxicated at 1:53 a.m.

Woodstock wanderer: 100 block of Woodstock Court. A vehicle was stolen at 2:15 a.m.

Petty theft: Undisclosed location in the 94804 zipcode. A theft was reported at 7 a.m.

Market Avenue misappropriation: 1000 block of Market Avenue. A vehicle was taken without consent at 8:33 a.m.

Petty theft: 4700 block of Hartnett Avenue. A theft was reported at 9:14 a.m.

Vehicle recovery: South 4th Street. A stolen vehicle was recovered at 11:25 a.m.

Grand theft pickpocketing: 1000 block of Market Avenue. A pickpocket was reportedly at work at 11:45 a.m.

Vehicle recovery: 600 block of 29th Street. A stolen vehicle was recovered at 11:49 a.m.

Drug possession: 2800 block of Moran Avenue. Someone allegedly possessed a narcotic controlled substance at 12:26 p.m.

Drug possession and resisting arrest: 1300 block of Gaynor Avenue. Someone allegedly possessed controlled substances and obstructed a peace officer at 1:50 p.m.

Sexual assault: Undisclosed location. A rape of a victim incapable of giving consent was reported at 2:04 p.m.

Sexual assault: 2700 block of Groom Drive. Police arrested someone for allegedly annoying or molesting a victim under 18 years of age at 2:36 p.m.

Assault with force: 900 block of West Cutting Boulevard. An assault with force causing possible great bodily injury was reported at 2:45 p.m.

Battery: In the 94803. A battery on a person occurred at 3:50 p.m.

Auto burglary: 3200 block of Pierce Street. A vehicle was broken into at 4:26 p.m.

Contempt of court: 2700 block of Shane Drive. Police nabbed someone said to be disobeying a court order at 4:56 p.m.

Protective order violation: 800 block of Lassen Street. A court order to prevent domestic violence was ignored at 5:25 p.m.

Domestic violence: 3400 block of Richmond Parkway. Someone allegedly inflicted corporal injury on a spouse or dating partner at 5:54 p.m.

Battery: 5700 block of Oakmont Drive. A battery on a person was reported at 5:54 p.m.

Arson: 2500 block of Lancaster Drive. Arson at an inhabited structure or property was reported at 8:37 p.m.

Criminal threats: 700 block of Griffin Drive. Someone allegedly threatened a crime with the intent to terrorize at 8:45 p.m.

Shoplifting with priors: 2300 block of Macdonald Avenue. Shoplifting and petty theft with prior jail time were reported at 10 p.m.

Shoplifting: 2300 block of Macdonald Avenue. Another shoplifting incident occurred at 11:22 p.m.

Tuesday, January 27

Shooting at dwelling: 2300 block of Downer Avenue. A shooter reportedly hit an unoccupied and inhabited dwelling or vehicle at 12:03 a.m.

Firearm discharge: 600 block of 13th Street. A firearm was discharged in a grossly negligent manner at 12:07 a.m.

Petty theft from a vehicle: 700 block of 6th Street. Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 2:13 a.m.

The early morning 5th Street flight: 100 block of South 5th Street. A vehicle was stolen at 4:37 a.m.

DUI and no license: In the 94804. An under-the-influence driver didn’t have a license at 6:52 a.m.

The Ells Street exodus: 1100 block of Ells Street. A vehicle was taken without consent at 7:42 a.m.

The Creely Avenue caper: 5200 block of Creely Avenue. A vehicle was stolen at 9:15 a.m.

Petty theft: 1200 block of Fred Jackson Way. A theft was reported at 9:46 a.m.

Residential burglary: 1300 block of South 59th Street. A home was forcibly entered at 10 a.m.

Warrant arrest: 2400 block of Aberdeen Way. Officers collared someone on a felony warrant at 10:37 a.m.

Assault with a deadly weapon: 3700 block of Wall Avenue. An assault with a deadly weapon was reported at 10:56 a.m.

Petty theft, drug possession, false ID, and paraphernalia: 4500 block of Macdonald Avenue. Police busted someone for petty theft. The person allegedly possessed controlled substances, gave false identification to officers, and had unlawful paraphernalia at 2:41 p.m.

Petty theft: 4500 block of Macdonald Avenue. Another theft was reported at 4:02 p.m.

Armed robbery with a firearm: 500 block of 19th Street. A robbery with a firearm was reported at 7:39 p.m.

Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer: In the 94801. Someone was allegedly disorderly under the influence, obstructed a peace officer at 7:40 p.m., and committed battery on a peace officer at 9:30 p.m.

The 9th Street snatch: 100 block of 9th Street. A vehicle was stolen at 8 p.m.

Vehicle tampering: 5100 block of Creely Avenue. Someone allegedly tampered with a vehicle at 9 p.m.

Firearm discharge: 1400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. You discharge a firearm in a grossly negligent manner? Believe it or not, jail at 9:22 p.m.

The Tulare takeaway: 3400 block of Tulare Avenue. A vehicle was stolen at 11:10 p.m.

Wednesday, January 28

Drug possession for sale: In the 94801 zip code. Officers nabbed someone for possessing and purchasing for sale narcotic controlled substances and marijuana at midnight.

Vandalism and auto burglary: In the 94801 zip code. Police arrested someone after property damage valued and a vehicle break-in were reported at 12:11 a.m.

The 7th Street surprise: 200 block of South 7th Street. A vehicle was taken without consent at 1 a.m.

Stalking and criminal threats: 3400 block of Richmond Parkway. Someone allegedly threatened a crime with the intent to terrorize and made annoying telephone calls at 1 a.m.

DUI and suspended license: Richmond. Someone was arrested for driving under the influence with a suspended license for DUI at 2:40 a.m.

Commercial burglary: 300 block of Carlson Boulevard. A commercial property was forcibly entered at 2:55 a.m.

Vehicle tampering: 100 block of Harbour Way. Someone allegedly tampered with a vehicle at 4:50 a.m.

Vandalism: 3900 block of Macdonald Avenue. Officers arrested a suspect vandal at 12:26 p.m.

Sexual assault: 600 block of 19th Street. A sexual assault was reported at 4:52 p.m.

The parkway pilfer: 3400 block of Richmond Parkway. A vehicle was stolen at 5:30 p.m.

Firearm possession by felon, resisting arrest, and probation violation: Macdonald Avenue. Police arrested a felon for possessing and carrying a loaded handgun. The person also allegedly obstructed a peace officer and violated probation at 5:33 p.m.

Elder theft: 600 block of Wilson Avenue. Theft from an elder or dependent adult over $400 was reported at 5:46 p.m.

Home invasion robbery: 800 block of Virginia Avenue. A first-degree robbery at an inhabited dwelling was reported at 8 p.m.

The 26th Street steal: 600 block of South 26th Street. A vehicle was stolen at 8 p.m.

DUI and police evasion: 94801 zip code. Police arrested someone for driving under the influence and trying to evade a peace officer at 8:53 p.m.

Vandalism: 2400 block of Aberdeen Way. Property damage was reported at 9:15 p.m.

DUI with priors: In the 94801 zip code. Police arrested someone for driving under the influence with prior specific convictions at 11:37 p.m.

Thursday, January 29

Grand theft: Oregon Street. A theft was reported at midnight

The 8th Street swipe: 300 block of South 8th Street. A vehicle was stolen at midnight

Domestic violence: 3200 block of Pierce Street. Someone allegedly inflicted corporal injury on a spouse at midnight

DUI: In the 94801. Police arrested a driver for being under the influence at 1:07 a.m.

Assault with a deadly weapon: 1300 block of Fred Jackson Way. An assault with a deadly weapon was reported at 1:22 a.m.

Trespassing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct: 600 block of Harbour Way. Someone allegedly trespassed, obstructed a peace officer, and was disorderly due to alcohol at 3:39 a.m.

The 4th Street flight: 4th Street. A vehicle was taken without consent at 7:11 a.m.

The Macdonald morning mishap: 100 block of Macdonald Avenue. A vehicle was stolen at 7:26 a.m.

Domestic battery: 3900 block of Ohio Avenue. Battery on a spouse or dating partner was reported at 8 a.m.

Contempt of court: 3100 block of Pullman Avenue. A court order was allegedly disobeyed at 11:13 a.m.

Assault with deadly weapon: 100 block of 22nd Street. Police made an arrest after someone allegedly assaulted another with a deadly weapon at 11:40 a.m. and committed battery on a peace officer at noon.

Brandishing a weapon: 4500 block of Macdonald Avenue. Someone allegedly exhibited a deadly weapon at 12:09 p.m.

Child cruelty: 4100 block of Lakeside Drive. Willful cruelty to a child with possible injury or death was reported at 1:36 p.m.

Vandalism: 800 block of 7th Street. Property was defaced at 5:59 p.m.

Auto burglary and vandalism: Richmond. A vehicle was broken into, and property damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 6 p.m.

Battery with serious injury: 1200 block of Macdonald Avenue. A battery with serious bodily injury occurred at 6:53 p.m.

Boosted: 1800 block of Chanslor Avenue. A vehicle was stolen at 8:30 p.m.

Criminal threats and firearm brandishing: 400 block of 21st Street. Someone allegedly threatened a crime with the intent to terrorize and exhibited a firearm at 9:36 p.m.

Assault with a deadly weapon: 2400 block of Maine Avenue. Police nabbed someone after an assault with a deadly weapon was reported at 10 p.m.

Firearm discharge: In the 94801 zip code. A firearm was discharged in a grossly negligent manner at 10:23 p.m.

Impersonating a peace officer: 700 block of Carlson Boulevard. Someone allegedly impersonated a peace officer at 11:07 p.m.

Human trafficking: In the 94804 zip code. Human trafficking of a victim under 18 years of age was reported at 11:22 p.m.

Vandalism: 2600 block of Hinkley Avenue. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 11:45 p.m.

Friday, January 30

Vandalism: 94801 zip code. Damage to power connecting lines was reported at 1:27 a.m.

Battery with serious injury: 12000 block of San Pablo Avenue. A battery with serious bodily injury was reported at 10:04 a.m.

Vehicle recovery: In the 94801 zip code. A stolen vehicle was recovered at 11:22 a.m.

Protective order violation: 1700 block of Burbeck Avenue. A  court order to prevent domestic violence was reportedly violated at 2:15 p.m.

The 29th Street snatch: 600 block of South 29th Street. A vehicle was stolen at 4 p.m.

Vandalism and theft of utilities: 1100 block of Harbour Way South. Property damage valued at $400 or more and theft of utility services were reported at 4:04 p.m.

Armed robbery with a knife: 2500 block of Macdonald Avenue. A robbery with a knife or cutting instrument was reported at 4:22 p.m.

Elder abuse, weapons violations, and child cruelty: 900 block of 23rd Street. Police arrested someone suspected of causing harm or death to an elder or dependent adult at 4:51 p.m. The person also allegedly unlawfully possessed tear gas and a stun gun, committed child cruelty, and assaulted someone with a stun gun.

Contempt of court: 300 block of South 35th Street. A court order was allegedly disobeyed at 5 p.m.

Pierce Street auto burglary spree: 3200 block of Pierce Street. At least five separate vehicles were broken into between 8:22 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.

The Lassen lift: 1000 block of Lassen Street. A vehicle was taken without consent at 8:47 p.m.

The 45th Street snatch: 400 block of South 45th Street. A vehicle was stolen at 9:26 p.m.

Resisting arrest and rape: Lincoln Avenue. Someone allegedly committed a sexual assault by force and obstructed a peace officer at 10:25 p.m.

Saturday, January 31

Grand theft: 5200 block of Imperial Avenue. A theft was reported at 12:17 a.m.

False identification: El Cerrito. Police arrested someone for allegedly giving false identification to a peace officer at 1:09 a.m.

The 34th Street swipe: 500 block of 34th Street. A vehicle was stolen at 2:15 a.m.

DUI: In the 94804. Police arrested a driver for driving under the influence at 3:46 a.m.

DUI: 500 block of Harbour Way. Police arrested someone for driving under the influence at 4:27 a.m.

Drug possession, paraphernalia, possession for sale, and false ID: Stege Avenue. Police arrested someone for possessing controlled substances, unlawful paraphernalia, and possessing controlled substances for sale at 5:25 a.m. The person also gave false identification to officers.

The 3rd Street steal: 600 block of 3rd Street. A vehicle was taken without consent at 8:33 a.m.

Grand theft: 300 block of South Street. A theft was reported at 8:45 a.m.

Contempt of court: 1700 block of Regatta Boulevard. A court order was allegedly disobeyed at 10 a.m.

Suspended license: In the 94804 zip code. Someone was arrested for driving with a suspended license for DUI at 10:41 a.m.

Contempt of court: 800 block of Lassen Street. Officers nabbed someone for allegedly disobeying a court order at 11:59 a.m.

Petty theft: 600 block of Ventura Street. Theft of motor vehicle parts or accessories was reported at 12 p.m.

Commercial burglary: 700 block of 23rd Street. A commercial property was entered without force at 12:36 p.m.

Strong-arm robbery: In the 94801. A strong-arm robbery was reported at 4:45 p.m.

Armed robbery with firearm: 2600 block of Maine Avenue. A robbery with a firearm was reported at 6:49 p.m.

Petty theft, paraphernalia, and false ID: 4500 block of Macdonald Avenue. Someone allegedly committed petty theft, possessed unlawful paraphernalia, and gave false identification to officers before getting arrested at 7:13 p.m.

Auto burglary: 2900 block of Moran Avenue. A vehicle was broken into at 7:20 p.m.

DUI: the 94801 zip code. Someone was driving under the influence at 8:01 p.m.

Grand theft from a building: 2000 block of Costa Avenue. Theft from a building was reported at 8:16 p.m.

DUI: In the 94806 zip code. A driver was driving under the influence at 8:26 p.m.

Sunday, February 1

Firearm and ammunition violations: The 94801 zip code. Police found a violent felon in possession of body armor and ammunition at midnight.

Residential burglary: 3200 block of Tulare Avenue. A residence was forcibly entered at 1:52 a.m.

False imprisonment and domestic battery: 600 block of 1st Street. Police arrested someone suspected of falsely imprisoning another with violence and committing battery on a spouse or dating partner at 4:33 a.m.

Robbery, domestic violence, and battery: 3200 block of Pierce Street. An armed robbery with a firearm, an infliction of corporal injury on a spouse, and a battery on a spouse were all reported at 10:43 a.m.

Domestic battery: 2600 block of Hilltop Drive. Battery on a spouse or dating partner was reported at 11:38 a.m.

Battery: 700 block of McLaughlin Street. A battery on a person was reported at 11:54 a.m.

Fraud: 2900 block of Moran Avenue. Theft by use of access card information was reported at 12:24 p.m.

Protective order violation: 1700 block of Burbeck Avenue. Someone allegedly violated a court order to prevent domestic violence at 2:02 p.m.

The Chanslor caper: 200 block of West Chanslor Avenue. A vehicle was stolen at 2:38 p.m.

Protective order violation: 1500 block of Nevin Plaza. Someone allegedly violated a court order to prevent domestic violence at 6:13 p.m.

DUI: 94804 zip code. A driver was suspected of being under the influence at 7:22 p.m.
