Residential burglary: 3400 block of Richmond Parkway. An individual decided to start the week by forcing their way into a residence at midnight.

Commercial burglary: 4100 block of Hilltop Drive. Business owners discovered uninvited early-morning thieves had forced their way in at 6:30 a.m.

Grand theft: 2900 block of Hoffman Boulevard. The theft was upgraded to grand status at 9:15 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 900 block of 8th Street. The vehicle theft parade continued at 9:22 a.m.

Assault: 800 block of Lassen Street. Someone was busted on simple assault charges at 10:56 a.m.

Residential burglary: 5500 block of Van Fleet Avenue. Burglars went the no-force route this time at 12:28 p.m.

Weapons violation: 300 block of South 50th Street. Someone's firearm fashion statement led to a weapon law violation arrest at 2:08 p.m.

Environmental crime: 5000 block of Esmond Avenue. A commercial waste dumping operation was discovered at 2:10 p.m.

Auto burglary: 4900 block of Macdonald Avenue. Car break-ins joined the afternoon festivities at 2:19 p.m.

Credit card fraud: 3400 block of Blume Drive. Someone's unauthorized shopping spree exceeded $950 at 3:46 p.m.

Auto burglary: 800 block of Florida Avenue. Car break-ins resumed at 8:42 a.m.

License violation: Undisclosed Richmond location in the 94803 zip code. Someone's DUI-suspended license caught up with them at 8:48 a.m.

Quality of life: 2300 block of Macdonald Avenue. Public drinking made for an eventful morning at 9:20 a.m.

The Aberdeen Way crime spree: 2400 block of Aberdeen Way. A criminal overachiever reportedly collected first-degree robbery, shooting at an inhabited dwelling, aggravated assault, residential burglary, and criminal threats at 10:23 a.m. The suspect was later caught on I-80 with a mobile armory featuring concealed weapons, loaded firearms, drugs, stolen guns, prohibited ammo, and felon-in-possession charges, allegedly!

Battery: 2400 block of Aberdeen Way. Domestic battery led to cuffs at 1:19 p.m.

Shoplifting: 1200 block of Macdonald Avenue. Retail therapy without payment happened at 4:15 p.m.

Vandalism: 600 block of Payne Drive. Someone got creative with power connecting lines at 5:21 p.m.

Assault with a deadly weapon: 2200 block of Nevin Avenue. Officers responded to reports of an aggravated assault and corporal injury at 5:24 p.m.

Court order violation: 1400 block of Gaynor Avenue. Somebody ignored their domestic violence restraining order at 5:25 p.m.

Battery and assault: In the 94804 zip code. Officers busted an individual on simple assault charges at 5:31 p.m.

Auto burglary: 1000 block of Nevin Avenue. Car break-ins continued at 12:36 p.m.

Warrant arrest: In the 94801 zip code. Someone's past caught up with them at 12:56 p.m.

Commercial burglary: 4000 block of Lakeside Drive. A no-force business break-in was reported at 12:56 p.m.

Firearm exhibition: 400 block of 5th Street. Someone's gun show was unwelcome at 3:10 p.m.

Police evasion spectacular: Multiple locations in Richmond. A criminal speed demon earned charges for evading police, hit-and-run property damage, and resisting officers, with the chase ending in Berkeley at 3:54 p.m.

Tear gas violation: 700 block of 23rd Street. Unlawful use of tear gas combined with battery at 8:03 a.m.

Commercial burglary: Undisclosed location. A forced business break-in occurred at 10:12 a.m.

Vandalism: 1100 block of Cutting Boulevard. Expensive property damage happened at 10:52 a.m.

Sexual assault: 900 block of Cutting Boulevard. A serious sex crime was reported at 3:05 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 600 block of 40th Street. Another car was stolen at 6:30 a.m.

Criminal threats and weapons: 3100 block of Garrity Way. A triple threat of criminal threats, firearm exhibition, and battery occurred at 8 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 1300 block of Carlson Boulevard. Car theft continued at 8:27 a.m.

Bicycle DUI: In the 94801 zip code. Someone proved you can get a DUI on two wheels at 9:56 p.m. The wobbly wheel warrior picked up another charge of bringing controlled substances into jail at 11:59 p.m.

Prostitution: 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police made an arrest at the working girls' corner at 9:56 p.m. and another at an undisclosed location in the 94804 zip code at 10:06 p.m.

Vandalism and battery: 400 block of 5th Street. Someone earned a trip to the Gray Bar Hotel on property damage and domestic battery charges at 10:30 p.m.

Child cruelty: 1600 block of Macdonald Avenue. A case of willful cruelty to a child was reported at 12:27 a.m.

Carjacking with a firearm: 5600 block of McBryde Avenue. An armed carjacking was reported at 5:15 a.m.

Grand theft: 1400 block of San Joaquin Street. A major theft occurred at 6:40 a.m.

Robbery: 1500 block of Nevin Plaza. A  shoplifting incident escalated into a felony robbery at 8 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 4300 block of Potrero Avenue. A car owner discovered that their ride had disappeared during the night at 9:35 a.m.

Domestic violence: 300 block of 44th Street. A domestic violence resulting in physical injury was reported at 10:30 a.m.

Auto burglary: 100 block of South 21st Street. Another car was smashed, and items were grabbed at 11:10 a.m.

Vehicle theft: 300 block of South 23rd Street. Another car disappeared into the criminal underworld at noon.

Residential burglary: 4600 block of Potrero Avenue. A no-force home break-in was reported at 12:12 p.m.
