A high-speed pursuit involving a stolen vehicle was terminated before a collision at the intersection of Carlson Boulevard and Imperial Avenue on Saturday morning, according to a Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office statement. “The pursuit was terminated because of the speeds,” Sheriff’s spokesman Jimmy Lee said in a
