A suspect was arrested Friday night after allegedly firing a gun during a dispute over money, authorities said. Richmond officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the 200 block of 15th Street at 8:24 p.m., according to Lt. Donald Patchin, public information officer for the Richmond Police Department.

Richmond police have arrested a driver involved in a hit-and-run collision that left a pedestrian severely injured early Thursday morning.
