Crime in the City
Richmond police closed streets around Carlson Boulevard and Potrero Avenue on Saturday night after a shooting near the Stop and Shop Market at 800 Carlson Boulevard.
Numerous evidence markers were visible in the street and in the store’s parking lot, though police have not released details on injuries or arrests.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area and use alternate routes. Police said additional information will be released as it becomes available.
