Prelude to a Kiss @ the Masquers Playhouse

October 10-19, 2025 Prelude to a Kiss is a sweet and funny romantic fantasy that explores love beyond appearances. At Peter and Rita's wedding, a mysterious old man kisses the bride—and their souls magically switch bodies. As Peter struggles to understand the change, he must confront what truly defines a person. The play blends humor, poignancy, and magical realism to challenge conventional ideas of identity, aging, and unconditional love.

Fleet Week Pancake Breakfast @Red Oak Victory

Every year, Fleet Week honors both the current U.S. Navy and our Naval heritage. Join us on board the World War II veteran ship USS Red Oak Victory on Sunday, October 12, for a Pancake Breakfast, live music, and San Francisco Fleet Week 2025!
What could be better for Fleet Week than to enjoy a breakfast cooked in and served from a real World War II ship's galley? We'll be celebrating our Navy and our history while enjoying a great breakfast and great views on the decks of the Red Oak Victory. Live big band music will be on tap all morning. And, as a special bonus, in the afternoon, the RCAF Snowbirds, from Canada, will perform in the Fleet Week Airshow over San Francisco Bay. (For more information about San Francisco Fleet Week 2025, click here.)
Our radio room will also be in operation, so you can send a radiogram to anyone in the world. Send your land-locked friends "Greetings from Fleet Week!" via our original, Morse code-only ship's radio. Just fill out the radiogram form, including the recipient's email or phone number, and we'll take care of the rest at no charge! We'll also feature a detailed diorama of the attack on Pearl Harbor from the Society of Miniature Ship Collectors.
Your breakfast is only $20 (plus $3.18 ticketing fee) for adults and $5 (plus $2.18 fee) for children 8 and under. Breakfast service begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. (We serve until 1:00 p.m., but no new admissions will be taken after 12:30.) If you stay later in the afternoon, you can also watch the Fleet Week Airshow.
A limited number of tickets are available that include a discounted same-day audio tour or docent-led tour of the ship.
