# Wind and rain ahead

The National Weather Service has issued a Gale Warning for the Bay Area, and up to two inches of rain is expected between tonight and tomorrow. Now is a great time to check flashlights for batteries, find the candles, and make sure you have a way to light them.  
  
If you experience flooding and need sandbags, Richmond Public Works has you covered. Self-service sandbags are available at the Corp Yard back entrance on Harbour Way north of Ohio Ave; Bayview Fire Station #64 - 4801 Bayview Ave, in the front parking lot. For more info, call 510-231-3011.  
  
If there is standing water in your neighborhood and you suspect a clogged storm drain, you can report drain issues by calling Veolia Water at 510-412-2001.
