Police in Richmond reported dozens of incidents between February 23 and March 1, including a series of vehicle thefts, multiple burglaries, and several arrests on domestic violence and firearms-related charges.

### Monday, February 23

**Vehicle theft:** 400 block of 2nd Street. A vehicle was reported stolen at 9 a.m.

**Grand theft and vandalism:** 1300 block of Quarry Court. Property was stolen, and damage valued at less than $400 was reported at 9:24 a.m.

**Contempt of court:** 400 block of 22nd Street. Police arrested someone for disobeying a court order at 9:30 a.m.

**Theft from a vehicle:** 1100 block of Macdonald Avenue. Items were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 9:49 a.m.

**A brazen display:** 800 block of Bissell Avenue. A person was reported for indecent exposure at 10:35 a.m.

**Commercial burglary:** 5100 block of Bayview Avenue. A commercial property was forcibly entered at 10:35 a.m.

**Trespassing and drug possession:** 2400 block of Aberdeen Way. Trespassing and narcotics possession were reported at 11:03 a.m.

**Commercial burglary:** 1900 block of Meeker Avenue. A commercial property was forcibly entered at 11:27 a.m.

**Grand theft and vandalism:** 1800 block of Visalia Avenue. Property was stolen, and damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 12:43 p.m.

**Commercial burglary:** 2800 block of Moran Avenue. A commercial property was forcibly entered at 1:29 p.m.

**Vandalism:** 600 block of 18th Street. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 2 p.m.

**Trespassing and drug possession:** 500 block of Nevin Avenue. Police arrested someone on trespassing and narcotics charges at 3 p.m.

**Petty theft:** 1300 block of Macdonald Avenue. Property was reported stolen at 5:04 p.m.

**Driving under the influence:** 900 block of Sonoma Street. Police arrested a driver on DUI charges at 6 p.m.

**Driving on a restricted license:** Undisclosed location in 94801\. A driver was cited for operating a vehicle on a license restricted for DUI at 6:04 p.m.

**Domestic battery:** 300 block of Beck Street. Police arrested someone after a domestic battery and kidnapping were reported at 7:37 p.m.

**Residential burglary:** 5800 block of Highland Avenue. A residence was forcibly entered at 8:13 p.m.

**Residential burglary:** 700 block of Kern Street. A residence was forcibly entered at 9 p.m.

### Tuesday, February 24

**Petty theft:** 300 block of Tunnel Avenue. Property was reported stolen at midnight.

**Arson:** 500 block of 16th Street. Aggravated arson was reported at 1:41 a.m.

**Vehicle theft:** 600 block of S. 31st Street. Police arrested someone after a vehicle was stolen at 2:42 a.m.

**Commercial burglary:** 4200 block of Macdonald Avenue. A commercial property was entered without force at 3:46 a.m.

**Theft from a vehicle and vandalism:** 2700 block of Lowell Avenue. Items were reported stolen from a vehicle, and property damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 4 a.m.

**Vehicle theft:** 300 block of 31st Street. A vehicle was reported stolen at 5:16 a.m.

**Vehicle theft:** 300 block of Willard Avenue. A vehicle was reported stolen at 6 a.m.

**Commercial burglary:** 3400 block of Macdonald Avenue. A commercial property was forcibly entered at 6:11 a.m.

**Child abuse:** 3000 block of Pullman Avenue. Injury to a child was reported at 12:07 p.m.

**Vandalism and contempt of court:** 3100 block of Pullman Avenue. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported, and a person was found in violation of a court order at 12:54 p.m.

**Domestic violence and criminal threats:** 3100 block of Southampton Court. Injury to a cohabitant and a threat made with intent to terrorize were reported at 1:06 p.m.

**Trespassing:** 1800 block of Visalia Avenue. Police arrested someone for trespassing at 2:41 p.m.

**Child abuse:** 5000 block of Cutting Blvd. Police arrested someone after an injury to a child was reported at 3:41 p.m.

**Grand theft:** 1300 block of Macdonald Avenue. Property was reported stolen at 5 p.m.

**Contempt of court:** 1000 block of Lassen Street. A person was found in violation of a court order at 6:15 p.m.

**Petty theft:** 600 block of 31st Street. Property was reported stolen at 7 p.m.

**Theft from a vehicle:** 500 block of Johnson Drive. Items were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 12:30 a.m.

**Vehicle theft:** 200 block of S. 47th Street. A vehicle was reported stolen at 1:20 a.m.

**Vehicle theft:** 100 block of Bissell Way. A vehicle was reported stolen at 4:56 a.m.

**Vehicle theft:** Chanslor Circle. A vehicle was reported stolen at 6:14 a.m.

**Vandalism:** 400 block of S. 18th Street. Property damage valued at $400 or more was reported at 6:41 a.m.

**Domestic violence:** 200 block of 15th Street. Police arrested someone after corporal injury to a cohabitant was reported at 6:48 a.m.

**Vehicle theft:** 200 block of W. Chanslor Avenue. A vehicle was reported stolen at 6:48 a.m.

**Residential burglary:** 2100 block of Lincoln Avenue. A residence was forcibly entered at 7:56 a.m.

**Firearms violations:** 900 block of Nevin Avenue. Police arrested someone on multiple charges, including felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed stolen weapon, and possessing prohibited ammunition, at 1:10 a.m.

**Theft of vehicle parts:** 2900 block of Atlas Road. Parts were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 9 p.m.

### Friday, February 27

**Mail theft:** 4400 block of Appian Way. Mail theft was reported at midnight.

**Driving under the influence:** Undisclosed location in 94804\. Police arrested a driver on DUI and driving without a license charges at 3:57 a.m.

**Vehicle recovery:** Undisclosed location in 94804\. A previously stolen vehicle was recovered at 7:53 a.m.

**Unlawful possession of tear gas and domestic battery:** Undisclosed location in 94801\. Police arrested someone on charges of unlawfully possessing a tear gas weapon and battery on a spouse or partner at 12:17 p.m.

**Hit-and-run and obstruction:** Undisclosed location in 94801\. A hit-and-run crash resulting in injury was reported at 12:30 p.m. The driver was also arrested for obstructing an officer.

**DUI causing bodily injury and hit-and-run:** 100 block of Harbour Way. Police arrested a driver after a DUI, causing bodily injury, and a hit-and-run was reported at 2:55 a.m.

**Petty theft:** 5300 block of Creely Avenue. Property was reported stolen at 9:35 a.m.
