Police also identified the woman arrested following the standoff as Jasmine Robinson, 39, of Richmond. Donald Patchin said in a statement released by the department. Robinson was booked on suspicion of attempted murder, assault with an assault weapon and kidnapping. Photo courtesy of the Richmond Police Department Police said a second officer was inside a patrol vehicle that was struck by several rounds during the incident. That officer was not injured. Several rounds also struck neighboring homes and vehicles, but police said no other residents or personnel were injured.
