A roda is a circle of players having a jam session. We'll have players from around the Bay doing music by Pixinguinha, Jacob do Bandolim, Waldyr Azevedo, et al. Curated by Richmond artist Erin McCluskey Wheeler, the show runs from **July 9 through September 6, 2025**, with a free opening reception on **Saturday, July 12, from 1–3 p.m.** at the Main Gallery. Made in Richmond offers visitors a curated sample of work from the artists who will be part of Richmond Open Studios, the city-wide art event organized by the Visual Artists of Richmond (VAR). As usual, you will enjoy freshly made **pancakes, sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs** accompanied by apple slices, coffee and orange juice. And **Mimosas are available** for our adult patrons for an extra fee. You can then **tour the *Red Oak Victory*** historic ship and work off some of those extra calories. Also, as always, the radio room will be in operation to send ***free* Radiograms** to friends and loved ones anywhere in the world.
